Set out here are the conditions on which Fortify 24x7 sells every line in this shop and then runs it. Short by design, and where a clause protects us rather than you it says so plainly rather than tucking itself into a longer sentence.
Bench copy struck 30 August 2026The trading name in this shop is ServiceTrust Cyber. The company itself is Fortify 24x7, and agreement, invoice and every obligation below belong to it. Completing a checkout accepts what follows. Reading it first beats scrolling past.
Each entry in the rate book buys one named capability by the month, delivered on a named vendor platform and operated by our engineers. Its movement sheet describes the work and names the point at which the work ends.
What you buy is service. Not a licence to keep, and not goods to carry off. Stop the line and the capability stops with it. Nothing purchased here grants rights in the vendor software past your use of it while the subscription runs.
Every line states the unit it is reckoned in: machine, mailbox, named person, node, tenant, or company file. The count is given at checkout and can be moved later from inside the bench book.
Lines reach hardware actually brought onto the bench and tenants actually opened to us. Pay for twenty, enrol twelve, and eight machines stand outside regardless of the invoice total. Gaps get flagged when we spot one, though keeping that count honest is shared work.
Charging runs monthly and a month ahead, in United States dollars. Stripe collects the card and stores it. That number is never shown to us and never rests with us.
Statements carry the wording FORTIFY 24X7. Deliberate, and correct, since that company owns the brand and that company raises every invoice.
Increase a count mid month and Stripe apportions it as usual. Figures do move from time to time, and subscribers hear about it before a renewal carries the change rather than after.
Lines can be added at any moment, either from the rate book or from a movement sheet. Counts come down, and lines come off, in the billing panel of the bench book, or by sending a note for an engineer to action.
Winding up bites when the month already paid closes. Service holds until that date and then finishes. Part months are handled on the cancelling and refunds page.
This is joint work. What we need from you is short, and every item on it counts.
Operating these lines gives our engineers administrative access to whichever platforms your subscription rides on, and on certain lines remote access to enrolled machines. That exists to run the service and answer inspections, and every use of it is logged.

Nothing arranged in this shop guarantees escape from a security incident. Lines shorten odds. None abolishes them, and any supplier saying otherwise is saying something untrue.
Vendor platforms go down occasionally. Those get watched for, you get told when one touches a line on your card, and we neither caused them nor pretend we could have headed them off.
Where law permits limiting it, our liability over any twelve months stops at the fees paid across those same twelve months. Profit foregone, trade foregone and losses nobody could reasonably have anticipated all sit outside it.
Nothing above limits liability that law forbids limiting, and nothing above is meant to shift the blame for something we plainly got wrong.
These terms answer to the law of Florida, and its courts hold jurisdiction. Notice reaches you at the address held on the account. Notice reaches us at support@servicetrustcyber.com.
Revising this is possible. Anything material shifts the bench copy date above, and where such a change reaches a subscription already running, its account holder hears directly before it bites.
